Cignetix is proud to have supplied and installed Fire Detection, Emergency Lighting, and Fire Fighting Systems, ensuring full compliance with EMAAR standards and Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) regulations. The majority of the equipment used in this project is sourced through Cignetix’s exclusive agencies in the UAE, with minimal procurement from local vendors.

Fire Detection & Alarm System – ARMOR

For this project, Cignetix has deployed the ARMOR Fire Alarm System, a high-performance solution integrating Voice Evacuation, Fire Telephone and Smoke Management Systems.

This system is renowned for its:

1. Robust networking capabilities.
2. Advanced environmental compensation.
3. Exceptional false alarm management.
4. Distributed all-master networking architecture, ensuring optimal safety.
5. Dedicated amplifiers per floor, providing redundancy and enhanced audio clarity.

The Ruhstrat Central Battery System (CBS) installed in both towers offers cutting-edge safety features, including:
